Many employers are aware that
providing child care benefits to their employees increases the rate of
return from maternity leave, decreases absenteeism and turnover, improves
morale, lowers stress levels, maximizes employee productivity while
enhancing corporate image among employees and clients. Over the next ten
years, it is projected that 85% of the workforce will be working parents.
According to the National Center for Education Statistics, nearly 88
percent of children whose mothers work full-time and 75 percent of
children whose mothers work part-time are enrolled in child care.
The YWCA Child Care Resource and
Referral (CCR&R) provides employers with enhanced services to offer as an
employee benefit. We will work with companies to customize a plan for
your employees. Each company receives child care supply statistics,
on-going support and feedback on employees’ usage and satisfaction
throughout the year.
