The YWCA CCR&R is in part funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services.

The YWCA Child Care Resource & Referral was founded in 1968 and is a program of the YWCA Metropolitan Chicago.  In 1990 we became the designated agency to serve DuPage and Kane counties through the Illinois Statewide Child Care Resource & Referral system funded by the Illinois Department of Human Services.

The YWCA Child Care Resource & Referral supports and strengthens the child care system in DuPage and Kane counties by assisting parents, child care providers and the community; increasing the supply of child care; managing child care subsidies; and advocating on behalf of quality child care.
